You may use WinGuardian only in accordance with the License and these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Using the Software only on systems you are authorized to manage.
• Keeping your license key confidential and not sharing it for use beyond the licensed scope.
• Ensuring that your use of backups, monitoring, and recovery complies with applicable laws and your organization's policies.

WinGuardian is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss of data, system damage, or other harm arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinGuardian and its authors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license, if any.
