WinGuardian (the "Software"), including but not limited to the application, documentation, and any associated materials, is proprietary and protected by copyright. All rights are reserved. You do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading, installing, or using the Software.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of the applicable license fee (where required), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software:

• Personal license: on a single computer, for personal use.
• Professional / Enterprise license: according to the number of computers and terms specified at the time of purchase.

Use beyond the licensed scope (e.g. on more computers than licensed) is a breach of this license.

You may not, without prior written permission from the copyright holder:

• Copy, redistribute, or share the Software (installer, binaries, or packages) with third parties.
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use the Software to develop a competing product or service.

License keys are personal or organizational and must not be shared beyond the licensed use.

If you use WinGuardian under a trial offer, the same copyright and no-redistribution terms apply. The trial is limited in time and/or functionality as described at the time of download or activation.

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies. The restrictions that by their nature survive (e.g. copyright, no redistribution) will continue to apply.
